Delivery Times
- Orders are shipped within 1–2 business days
- Domestic delivery within the United States typically takes 3–7 business days
- All shipments are handled via USPS or FedEx
Order Processing
- Order Cut-Off Time: 2:00 PM Pacific Standard Time (GMT-08:00)
- Orders placed before 2:00 PM PST will begin processing the same business day
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM PST will begin processing the following business day
Handling Time
Once your order is confirmed, our team carefully prepares your watch for shipment. Handling time typically takes 1–2 business days. Orders are fulfilled Monday through Saturday, excluding public holidays.
Transit Time
After your order has been packaged and handed off to the carrier, delivery usually takes 2–5 business days. Shipments depart our facility Monday through Saturday.
